The 31’000 sqm site is composed of both existing buildings and a land plot. It is ideally located right next to the A1 highway between Aarau and Solothurn, in the heart of the Swiss golden triangle for logistics and light industrial activities. The investment strategy regarding this asset is comprised of several phases. The first part of the strategy would be to develop the land plot area into a prime light industrial asset of approximatively 15’000 sqm.
