Acquisition of a logistic asset in Däniken (SO)

Varia Swiss Realtech Properties has expanded its Swiss portfolio with the acquisition a logistic center in the canton of Solothurn.

Asset Description

The asset is well located between Bern, Zürich and Basel. 15 minutes away from the motorway intersection (A1 & A2) in Oftringen. The three-storeyed logistics centre offers over 48’000 sqm of usable surface, its size and flexible usage possibilities makes it an exceptional asset. Formerly used as a main distribution center of the Swiss postal service, the building offers 35 loading and unloading ramps, making a high frequency of deliveries possible. It is currently leased to Meier Tobler, a solid swiss company which offers building services.

VSRP expands its footprint to the German speaking side of Switzerland

In addition to the asset itself, this acquisition takes part of VSRP strategy to expand and reinforce its footprint in the swiss german part of Switzerland. This asset is the second swiss german acquisition in 2020. Another project under integration process is currently in development in the canton of Baselland. More information coming soon.
