BS 9 – Gretzenbach

This light industrial asset acquired in April 2022 is part of the asset management strategy. The building was built in 1990  and is very well maintained. It offers flexible surface for its tenants such as high bay storage, production area and offices. In addition to the existing building a new building of approximatively 5’000 sqm could be developed on the adjacent land plot. This construction reserve could be exploited in case of the growing needs of some tenants.
